I think no matters supplies is shortage or demand is high as a dealership, caring customers is very important! Looking future years, if customers are not being treated fair, they are not going to come back or make referrals if supply is inclined. I understand making high volume sales now is important to dealerships but making more long term sales is even more important in future years. Moreover, Zimmerman Honda does not charge you unnecessary add on items such as nitrogen and theft protection. More
