We drove nearly 6 hours round trip to buy our new Civic Hatchback. Marty came highly recommended from my sister and brother-in-law who had purchased a vehicle earlier in the year. Marty was responsive with our email conversations and answered all the questions I had prior to our trip to buy the car. When we arrived he greeted us promptly even though we got there 30 minutes early. The process went smoothly with the test drive, appraisal of our trade, and securing financing. Marty took the time to show the features of the car before we drove away. He has followed up with emails after the purchase to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. Blake did the paperwork with us and handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. We are 100 percent satisfied and highly recommend Zimmerman for an auto purchase. This is my third Civic amongst several vehicles I have owned over the past 40 years. I drove the first two 385,000 miles combined and fully expect to have similar durability from my 2020 Civic. More
