It started off with a simple visit and conversation with my husband and from there Marty promptly emailed me with information about a 2019 Honda CR-V. A few days later a drove up (an hour away) to see and test drive this vehicle and the very next day I was driving away in that vehicle! The process was sooo smooth from start to finish that I couldn’t stop smiling and shaking my head. I have stressed many times over buying vehicles, but this experience was TOP NOTCH! Marty is very knowledgeable, courteous and does not put any unnecessary pressure that may inhibit the entire purchasing experience. Top notch customer service was provided by Marty; he knew what I wanted and he got it done for me. Having been a customer service manager myself, I was impressed with his sense of urgency on all my questions mattered to ensure a quality experience. Also worth mentioning is how throughout, courteous and the no-pressure experience I also had with Kyle Ruser (finance business manager). He was very expeditious and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. A great guy who also works very hard to provide the best experience for the customer. Zimmerman Honda has two outstanding employee's, and I could not be happier or more satisfied with my purchase.
