This dealership is a rip off. Be very careful if you end up in working with a finance person by the name of Gema. She completely added thousands of dollars to the cost of the car Be very careful if you end up in working with a finance person by the name of Gema. She completely added thousands of dollars to the cost of the car and refused to remove optional packaging even though I asked her to multiple times. When she did remove something she just went back and added it to the overall cost of the car. I basically could of gotten a premium plus package instead of the basic package I received. I never seen such greed and total disregard to a customer's rights. I planned on paying off this car and upgrading but when I went back and looked at the paperwork which she put on a harddrive and didn't print out so I wouldn't see what she had done. A complete shameless swindler. Do not work with this individual. My salesperson was cool. The car is great but I'm paying way more than I would if I was working with a finance person with morals and integrity. She sits there attempting to distract you with her dumb stories which didn't work. She literally told me the banks required certain things which is A LIE and illegal for her to say. Just a low character individual. Avoid her at all cost. More
