Good service but slow Made appointment for 8:30 am for tire replacement but my car didn’t even go into the shop for 2 hours. Not Usually This Bad Upon bringing my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in for routine maintenance, the girl bringing the car up backed it into another car because she didn't know how Upon bringing my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in for routine maintenance, the girl bringing the car up backed it into another car because she didn't know how to drive a standard transmission. We were assured that they would take care of damages caused to the bumper, and a loaner car would be issued. Upon receiving a loaner car, the tank was not filled with fuel because"someone else just gont done using it", as well as the interior and trunk were not cleaned. The next day the front brakes from the loaner vehicle started squealing. When this was brought to the attention of a service advisor, they claimed it was normal and not to worry about it. The vehicle is at 2019 Sonata, this is not normal nor should the brakes be squealing. After about a week of waiting for a ding the size of my pinky nail to be repaired, we received our Elantra back. When I arrived home with the vehicle, I noticed there were sugar packets on the driver side floorboard from Burger King. Neither I or my fiance drink coffee from Burger King. We also noticed the fuel level was considerably lower from when we dropped it off. Someone used our vehicle to go to Burger King. I called and asked to speak to the advisor in charge of my vehicle, he did not answer, I left a message and got no reply nearly a week later. Normally I'm very happy with my services at Hyundai of New Port Richey, but this time I am quite angry. There is no reason my vehicle should have left the lot for such a small thing, let alone driven through the Burger King Drive-Thru. More

3 visits and still the problem is not solved? I made a mistake to buy the car from an dealer 1/2 hr from my home . The salesman in order to make the deal sweet he promised me a free car wash. I did stop to get some help with the navigating and no one from the dealership could help me. They take me I should have an appointment with the salesman and no one else can help me except him. I made an appointment with the service depart to check the navigation. After waiting 2 1/2 hrs they said my radio is not good and they will order a new. A second appointment . and waiting again 2 hrs they said “ we instal the new radio and still have the same problem. We’ll order a new SIMS card. “Now I have to make another appointment to install the card and hopping they will repair it correctly If I need any help to explain to me about the features of the car the only person to help me is the salesman who sold me the car. And if this person quits what do I do?? It’s very unfriendly and I should not have to go through this. . More

Having schedlued maintenance on vehicle I was having my vehicle serviced for its scheduled maintenance and for a recall. I waited for more than 3 hours. Also Mary was not able to find my mai I was having my vehicle serviced for its scheduled maintenance and for a recall. I waited for more than 3 hours. Also Mary was not able to find my maintenance account on the computer due to someone had entered the wrong account number into the system. It was a good thing I brought my maintenance book. I also needed to have my brake fluids changed and I was told by Mary I would get a 10% off the price but the 10% did not reflect on my statement and I paid full price. That's why I gave a 2 Star on the price. More
