Treated indifferently by service dept. I had plans to become a Hyundai lifer until I bought this Tuscon. I spent almost three years complaining about my transmission until finally it got so I had plans to become a Hyundai lifer until I bought this Tuscon. I spent almost three years complaining about my transmission until finally it got so bad that it had to be replaced- twice. I am so done with Hyundai. It still makes noises that none of the loaner cars made and the service people "can't hear " anything. It has to be driven to be heard.....they've been told every time I go in there which right now is infrequent because of hard feelings. Yesterday I made an appt at the counter for later on in the day and when I went for the appt asked to have my non working hatch looked at also. I sat for over an hour and a half and when I was called, the hatch had been fixed but no oil chg. This is at 8 at night. Now I'm waiting some more for the oil to get changed. No more Hyundai for me. More

Mary B is the best Bill P and Mary in service take great care of me and my car. I have purchased 2 cars from Bill and sent my mom to him as well. Appointments! First time in for Service. Had 8:30AM appointment. When I made this apt. I asked if they pretty much stayed on time. My car was still in the que until First time in for Service. Extremely late I had an appointment for 9:30, I arrived early, and my should be 1-1.5 hour long appointment lasted 3 hours for a basic oil change. No notice that the I had an appointment for 9:30, I arrived early, and my should be 1-1.5 hour long appointment lasted 3 hours for a basic oil change. No notice that they were running extremely late or anything until I asked. Thankfully I was able to reschedule my other appointment so I wasn’t late. While they have great prices they shouldn’t over book their mechanics or at least have better planning or turn people away if already over booked. More
