This week experience asbestos wonderful! The experience we received and the one we thought we were going to have were 2 completely different. We were very intimidated by the thought of going The experience we received and the one we thought we were going to have were 2 completely different. We were very intimidated by the thought of going to buy a car. But, as we first walked in we were greeted with nothing but smiles and frendliness. We got assigned with John Campbell and he was wonderful! Right from the getgo he answered any questions and with honesty and friendliness. He softened the mood with stories and laughs. Overall, not only did John sell us on the 2018 Honda HR-V, but he made the car buying experience one to remember. Also, we worked with Shawn in finance. He was another exeplorary Honda member and we are so thankful for his honesty and friendliness. Also , Mary in customer care was also wonderful in helping us ensure we had an appointment and ensure we knew what to expect as walking in. Overall, Honda in lisle was absolutely wonderful and in a few years when we are ready for another one of our family cars to be upgraded we will definitely return! More

No hassel buying experience My experience was unique in that we needed to buy a car on a specific date, and had to do it on the telephone from Tucson, AZ I dealt with a custome My experience was unique in that we needed to buy a car on a specific date, and had to do it on the telephone from Tucson, AZ I dealt with a customer service rep and the internet manager. We selected the car we wanted, agreed on a price within a couple of minutes, put a deposit on the car with our credit card and the deal was done. When we arrived on the day to pick up the car, it was ready, the paperwork was expeditiously handled, Brian Murphy was excellent in walking us through the details of the working of the car. and after paying cash for the car, we drove out in less than a total of 1 1/2 hours. The Honda Accord EX is an excellent car and was purchased at a competitive price. If all car buying experiences was this smooth and pressure free, car buying would be a pleasure and not an exercise in frustration. More

Good Service and good sales representative. I purchased a new Honda CRV on 5/9/18. I originally saw the version of the car the previous day. John Pullen was my sales guy and he did a splendid job reviewing the car and accessories. John was exceptional in serving my needs as far as meeting my time requirements. Friendly and easy to work with I researched my car online prior to visiting the dealer. I called ahead and set up a test drive. They were very prompt and friendly on the phone and q I researched my car online prior to visiting the dealer. I called ahead and set up a test drive. They were very prompt and friendly on the phone and quickly returned my email and call. They had the car ready and waiting. They were expecting me when I got there and had an agent who already knew my name and why I was there. To me this makes a big difference. Nothing worse than settling something up in advance, only to find out when you arrive, that nobody knows you or why you are there. Dan took me right to the car I had selected and we did a test drive. The car was perfect for me, and again from doing homework ahead of time, I knew I was getting a good price. So important to be armed with as much info as possible BEFORE you even walk in the door. Finance agent was friendly and purchase process was made easy. All in all I think I spent about an hour and a half there from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off with my new car. I had visited a dealer the week before with quite the opposite experience, so it was really nice to deal with friendly courteous service folks. More
