I bought a car on a Monday and they delivered it to me on a Wednesday 2.5 hours away which I will commend them for. I noticed that the car had an HID headlight out which is kind of hard to miss if your doing a Wednesday 2.5 hours away which I will commend them for. I noticed that the car had an HID headlight out which is kind of hard to miss if your doing inspections in the first place. I called and sent a pic of it to the salesman that sold me the car first thing the next morning and I heard nothing so I called him about 5 hours after the fact. He told me he would get with the manager and get back with me ASAP. 3 hours goes by no reply, so I just call the sales manager myself. He offers to ship the new HID bulb to me which are almost $400 at the dealership. It's shipped overnight which was a kind gesture, but in am envelope. It's broken in transit, but indidnt find out until I installed it and seen the light didn't work. I called the next morning which is now a Saturday first thing and the other sales manager puts my info on his desk to call me as soon as he gets in. I give him the benefit of the doubt and wait a while. I wait 5 hours into his shift and call. When I called in a lady named Alicia Varble answered the phone, the only reason why I am even mentioning her name and none of the sales personnel is because she is the reason this dealership gets a 5 star review. I told her I didn't want to be that person but I was aggravated and told her why and told her how I needed it fixed, we joked around on the phone for a few minutes and she said I'll call you right back. 3 mins later my phone rang with the answer I needed and the fix for my vehicle. I will personally thank Alicia for going above and beyond doing her job and helping a customer. If she were a sales person I'd say buy a car from her!! More

I bought a car in October, a Hyundai Sonota with only 55k miles on it... it's now May. They made ALLLL these promises. I bought the extended extensive warranty. Plus brought it in for service to have their p miles on it... it's now May. They made ALLLL these promises. I bought the extended extensive warranty. Plus brought it in for service to have their power train warranty. We were promised when we bought the car that if anything went wrong, they would make sure we were taken care of... WRONG. They promised after 6 months of On Time payments, we could refinance. WRONG AGAIN. However, at the end of it all, the service manager and the poor sales guy that just met me today were super nice even though I was super frustrated. They took care of my services I had done today and had a plan of action to get my car running right. Thank you to them. It turned my review around. More
