So untrustworthy, extremely rude and unprofessional! Myrtle Beach Kia will take advantage of you every way they possibly can. My car sat in the parking lot for over 4 months, untouched, waiting to get f Myrtle Beach Kia will take advantage of you every way they possibly can. My car sat in the parking lot for over 4 months, untouched, waiting to get fixed from a recall on the engine. When they finally replaced my engine they messed up the hose to my AC causing it not to work and then refused to fix it unless I paid full price. They lied about informing me about “issues” they noticed with my car in order to cover up their screw ups! DO NOT RECOMMEND Myrtle Beach Kia for anything! At least go to Florence if you have to deal with Kia! Everybody at Myrtle Beach Kia, including the General Manager, is extremely unhelpful, dishonest and inconsiderate and just does not care if the customer is satisfied! More

The sales department has both knowledgeable and friendly staff members. I consider myself very lucky to have such a great group of people who truly care about me and my buying process. If you have been considering buying a new car or SUV then there's no place better than KIA of 501 Myrtle Beach. Many thanks to all involved in my purchase. One more thing worth mentioning about my experience with the sales team at KIA of Myrtle Beach is I wanted mud flaps put on and they installed them on the car at no cost to me. Also I asked if they could install rain and wind panels on my new car as I had on my previous car and Kieth and Austin bought them for me. When they came in one of the sales people from behind the desk and took the time to install the wind and rain deflection devices on the new car for me while I waited. I offered to pay him for his time and he refused saying that I was a good customer and it was his pleasure to help out. Now how can or better still where can you find a better experience than mine from KIA of Myrtle Beach. A+ Buying experience enough said.I'm Very Happy Robert Broxmeyer. More
