I expected more honesty in the sales process. Your sales representative was very knowledgeable and pleasant, however in the final analysis there were a few significant misleading statements. It was suggested that I finance my purchase which would result in an added $500discount, but your finance manager said that only applied to Nissans. You only sell Kias from that sales office, I was also told you would shop the financing to banks in a large area to get the best deal. It turned out that at 5.7/8% this was a good deal for Luther, not me as I know lower rates are readily available, especially based on my financial rating. It is tactics like this that makes people dread dealing with car salesmen. Finally, although I have only had my Optima for a week I am pleased with the car and anticipate that it will excell the 11 Year’s of virtually trouble free driving of my 07 chev. More

Ok overall We showed up to buy a car and waited for a sales person while two guys were locking up cars outside. Receptionist flagged one down when we asked yet again for some help after wondering the lot for a bit. Our sales reps Alex and Matt were very nice and helpful except they would not formally hold the car for a day when medical emergency came up even though we were approved for financing through dealer. After second call to manager they held the car. Our pricing also looked a little high and finance adjusted the total down a couple hundred dollars after we asked about it. Maybe perfectly honest mistake but felt a little shady. They did do a great job of cleaning car up and buffing it out though for pickup. More

When his boss came back the third time the offer had been lowered. Old fashioned sales. My previous experience at Motrowerks there was no bargaining or hassle, just a fair price. These upper management people need to get into the new age. I almost walked out. More
