"No Radio! Oh My!"

No radio, CD, phone! Was told “motherboard” has glitch! Matt was kind & professional! Only 20,000 miles on RAV4. Shouldn’t be happening! Toyota to pay most of it which I really appreciate, but I’m still having to pay. Not happy with that but better than paying the whole thing. I wish Toyota would consider paying the rest. It’s only been on one trip. I take good care of my car. It’s my forever car, so I’m upset that a glitch in the motherboard would be something I would be responsible for! Just saying!
I could not have asked for better sales service. Jimmy, Matt, and Garrett were an extraordinary team. The cheerful salesmen/women and other staff demonstrated professionalism but weren’t stuffy and were casual enough to make it incredibly comfortable for customers! That’s a hard balance to strike but these guys have found the secret to it!! The camaraderie among the staff on the sales floor made for an enjoyable experience. It was apparent the customer is their top priority!! Would recommend them to everyone!!
Matt and Kenneth made it the best car buying experience of buying a car that I had ever done. Great people to deal with. Also had a great price on the vehicle.
