Just had my car serviced at Harbor Nissan and I have to commit that it was probably the best customer service I’ve had for any business in a long time. The guys in the service department were courteous tho commit that it was probably the best customer service I’ve had for any business in a long time. I just came in looking, not really too interested in buying anything but then I met Matt. He was a cut above all salesman I have ever met. He answered all of my questions, no high pressure sales tact buying anything but then I met Matt. He was a cut above all salesman I have ever met. He answered all of my questions, no high pressure sales tactics, none of that “let me talk to my manager” crap. Just a straight shooter. And when I said I was going to leave it was a handshake and a good bye. He did not chase me down begging me to stay. Because of that I came back snd bought a SUV from him. You need to see Matthew at Harbor Nissan. More

Do not go to this place for service they rip you off have a problem with my lift gate they tell me it's the battery wanted me to buy a battery at 149.99 + tax but if that don't work we will try something els a problem with my lift gate they tell me it's the battery wanted me to buy a battery at 149.99 + tax but if that don't work we will try something else for another 150 a hour well long story short took it to another shop and no low voltage codes like they said they reset the limit switch Guess what it cost me nothing for them to reset it harbor Nissan charged me $400 for A oil change and a four-wheel alignment and then the rest is for diagnostic on the liftgate which they didn't do anything so beware of harbor Nissan stay away from that's why they're only a 3.7 star More
