New Optima - Thank you Mike Jerry and Don! I sent my financing in online last week. Don got back to me right away and set an appointment via email. He did not call me a million times before he I sent my financing in online last week. Don got back to me right away and set an appointment via email. He did not call me a million times before he found out what he could do for financing like other places I have dealt with in the past (So annoying). My husband and I met at the dealership after work. We test drove a couple used cars that I saw online with Mike while Don got the financing in order. Mike was friendly and on top of it, he offered me coffee right away and warmed up the cars before we took them out. After going over all of my options Don and Mike got me in to a BRAND NEW car for less than what a used car would be. Walking in to the dealership I never expected to be going home in something new. With what you get for the price I couldn't pass up the design of the Optima. Jerry handled the financing and even though he was crazy busy that night, he took his time with us explaining everything to us. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. Mike warmed up the car for us while we were in with Jerry and even came outside in the freezing cold to explain every button and function of the car before I drove away. By this time, the dealership was closed but everyone stayed to make sure we were taken care of. We never felt rushed or pressured. I will definitely be back to this dealership when I am ready for my next car. Thank you Matt Don and Jerry for outstanding service. More

I've been looking at other Kia dealerships for the last year but found the folks I was dealing with very frustrating and didn't respect my time. After going through the lot at Kia Bloomington, I finally spoke with someone and was pleased with how efficient everyone was and extremely respectful of my time. Within 2 days and about 90 minutes of my time overall, I walked out with a new Optima and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone down to the finance department was kind, efficient, flexible and went above and beyond to get what I wanted. They even delivered the car to my house! Now that's customer service! I will be back for sure and without a doubt recommend Luther Kia in Bloomington. Hands down the best experience I've had in buying a car. Thank you! More

When my sales person (Chris Stelljes) was out of the office, Matt Douvier stepped in and offered to go with me on a test drive. A very good experience. A few days later I completed the deal with Chris (with some help from the finance dept.). Over all it was a complete and totally good experience. I have been driving Fords for the better part of 30+ years. My wife urged me to stop at Luther KIA to "check it out". I never thought I would be driving a KIA. Well here I am, the owner of a KIA Soul and I could not be happier. I would recommend Luther KIA to anyone looking for a friendly, personable, no pressure dealership. I feel any of the sales staff would be more than capable ( I met several), however I will continue to work with Chris Stelljes. He made it happen for me. That's why he's "The Go To Guy!" More

WOW!! I stopped in yesterday to TEST DRIVE a Sorento to see if it was comfortable and would be a good fit for me and my family. At the end of the day, afte I stopped in yesterday to TEST DRIVE a Sorento to see if it was comfortable and would be a good fit for me and my family. At the end of the day, after bringing my husband back in, we purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento EX with the touring option. It was a great experience from the time I walked in the door. I met Matt, we got down to business and within 10-15 minutes I was test driving a vehicle. My husband and I had been discussing a new vehicle for a while but didn't exactly see eye to eye on used vs new and a few other things. I left the dealership within 90 minutes after test driving a used Sorento, info on a new vehicle and a trade in value of my current vehicle which I rode along with Cal. (I thought that was cool). I called Matt and asked if he could come up with another vehicle scenario for us to review and went back when my husband got off work. Not only did he have another scenario for us but had a different vehicle ready for us to test drive, husband in tow. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle yesterday and Matt put no pressure on me to do so. Bottom line, everyone was very friendly, listened to me, and made the whole process very easy. I never felt pressured, ignored or not taken seriously. Matt had to stay late to finish working with us and I never felt like we were putting him out. I felt like we made an excellent deal and were given great information on a vehicle that best fit all the options that I wanted. We signed out with Adam who was also very informative. I would highly recommend Bloomington Luther Kia for a no pressure approach to buying a car. This is our second Kia purchase from a Luther dealership and will definitely recommend them. Great job Matt, Cal, Don and Adam! You guys rocked! Two thumbs up! More

Quick Quality Service I had a major problem with my truck that I had bought from Luther Kia Bloomington. After a brief wait to schedule an appointment I was able to get my vehicle in within 3 hours of calling (with the help of the salesman who even sold me the vehicle) and had the problem diagnosed with parts on the way in as little as an hour and a half after getting it in. I was given a nice loaner to use with little expense to me and had my vehicle back witihin 24 hours of getting it in. Everyone was helpful and friendly on the way! Thank you! More

Matt was patient and spent plenty of time answering all of my questions & making sure I had a wonderful experience while at the dealership. I shopped a few other dealerships of varying different makes & models but ended up right back at Luther Kia to work with Matt. I have had my new Sportage for almost two weeks now & have nothing but positive things to say about it - it's pretty awesome!! It was not even a minute entering the main atrium of the dealership before I was welcomed by the salesman. We got right into something I was looking for to purchase. I was offered a beverage and to the lounge area while some of the paperwork was being approved and submitted. I did notice while those items were being processed Matt had already started helping another customer in need which he must of had been working with previously, but had made sure to continue to update me with the progress and made sure I was not forgot about. He has also since followed up with me along with another customer service rep on my purchase from the dealership. I hope that I do not have to purchase another vehicle soon, but when the time comes I plan on coming back to Luther Kia Thanks More

If you are looking for great service, a great car at a good price, give Matt a call. I am in the car business myself, so I wasn't sure how this would work out.
