Outstanding customer service They're all very genuine and are there to help find the right car for you and within your price range. I would highly recommend MB Kia. In For Service - Out with 3rd KIA Soul We brought our 2014 KIA Soul in for its 30K service - and we knew our lease was about to expire in a couple of months. As always, Matt Gipe was profes We brought our 2014 KIA Soul in for its 30K service - and we knew our lease was about to expire in a couple of months. As always, Matt Gipe was professional and courteous, explaining what needed to be done, the cost and how long we would need to wait. After a few minutes in the customer lounge, Christian Threatt came in and introduced himself. We talked about the fact that the lease was about to expire, and he offered to show us our options - which were to buy out the Soul we had or get into a brand new lease on the 2017 Soul. Christian made us feel at ease and under no pressure as we explored these options, and we opted for the new lease. Long story short, we were able to get into the new Soul with affordable payments - and Christian patiently answered all of our questions. Robbie Gale handled the finance process at the end of the sale with professionalism and courtesy - and was very thorough with the details he provided for us. We drove away from Myrtle Beach KIA once again as happy customers. Thanks everybody for making us feel at home! More

To the Resue I just want to say how great this place is. The staff here are wonderful. I was traveling with my Mom & our car started to overheat. We pulled in here I just want to say how great this place is. The staff here are wonderful. I was traveling with my Mom & our car started to overheat. We pulled in here & Tim Jacks came to help!! We shut the car off & it wouldn't crank back up. Him & some others then pushed the car to a bay & said they would take a look at it. Any time we called him(Tim Jacks) he would talk to us. Tim Jacks also called around to find us a rental. They got the car fixed in a few days, & we were back on the road. Matt Gipe was the mechanic that fixed us right up. It didn't matter we didn't own a Kia, it didn't matter that we didn't buy a car from them. I greatly appreciate these guys & we will never forget them. Go see these guys & they will take care of you too. More

Painless , easy going, friendly , helpful I arrived at myrtle Kia and was quickly greeted with a friendly smile. The dealer I had an appointment with was busy with another customer but Wes wa I arrived at myrtle Kia and was quickly greeted with a friendly smile. The dealer I had an appointment with was busy with another customer but Wes was able to take care of me. He asked me a few questions about what I needed out of my car (first time buyer from a car dealer). Wes listen to everything I said and then we went out and looked at the cars and showed me the Kia Optima. Went for a test drive and I was sold on the car. Only issue was pricing and what I wanted my monthly payments to be. Wes must be a genie because he was able to get the price that I needed and the monthly payment I needed. I was sold on a Kia Optima going in to the dealer but Wes made the whole experience painless, easy-going, fun, and a delight. We became more friends than customer and salesman. I felt like I was in safe hands. I would highly recommend Myrtle Beach Kia to any of my family members.The other thing that sold me was I was driving a rental car that I had to drop off at the Myrtle Beach airport; Wes drove to the airport with me so I could drop off the rental car and then took me back to the dealer to pick up my brand new car. More

No Pressure Sales In September my wife began looking for a new car. She had decided on a Kia. Although she was thinking about buying a Sportage, she settled on a Sore In September my wife began looking for a new car. She had decided on a Kia. Although she was thinking about buying a Sportage, she settled on a Sorento. When we arrived at the dealership, Mike Bazinet introduced himself and my wife explained that she was only looking at the present time and any sign of pressure would terminate our association with your dealership. We had already had a few bad experiences up and down the east coast as we visited several different dealerships. Mike was very low-key in his approach and respectful of the request for no pressure. Since we purchased the Sorento in September, we have driven over 15,000 miles. The vehicle handles extremely well, has plenty of cargo space and the fuel to mileage ratio is excellent. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach Kia to anyone who is looking for top quality service, excellent pricing and friendly sales personnel. More

Amazing, fast and friendly Wes was my salesman a straight forward nice gentleman. We talked over the phone I made an appointment with him once I got there he was right the to greetc me. With all his years in the business he was full of knowledge and helped me out big time. Within minutes I was tested driving my new 2017 Kia Forte and I love it. Matt the sales manager was awesome too he had me in the car with a blink of an eye. Their whole dealership is amazing including service. More

Cameron Pickens Is Excellent !!
