Hansen Dealership is Outstanding! Over the TOP. The service department has highly trained mechanics. Cody is truly the best. I felt treated like an important person. Their service was Over the TOP. The service department has highly trained mechanics. Cody is truly the best. I felt treated like an important person. Their service was courteous and quick. The repairs are complete and well done. I called. He made an appointment. An inspection done. 1hr & half on the phone with the repair insurance company to get what was approved. I had expensive repairs. He had all the parts, one part ordered. My car was complete one day later. What a relief. I only had to pay $80 for a part not covered. Wow! I have purchased many cars in 52 years. Honesty, kindness and highly trained personnel. I would refer and encourage others to go to Hansen Motor. It is the # One car Dealership in Utah and all areas. Mr. Hansen even came to the inspection. Thank you everyone. I feel important because of your customer service attitude. I was referred by a truly satisfied customer. Whoops too many words. Delete some. Hansen Motors is easy to work with. However, a bit better communication would be nice. I was charged a labor fee to install a bed liner in my brand new truck when my salesman made it However, a bit better communication would be nice. I was charged a labor fee to install a bed liner in my brand new truck when my salesman made it sound as if there would be no charge. He said they would put it in for me, but never mentioned that I needed to pay to have that done. Quite honestly I could have done it myself in the parking lot in 5 minutes and yet they charged me over $100 to do it. More

Service department was very disrespectful to me and to my insurance agent. Service department supervisor yelled and screamed at both of us when we were trying to get things done. Mechanics are great people insurance agent. Service department supervisor yelled and screamed at both of us when we were trying to get things done. Mechanics are great people and do great work but service supervisor treats people horrible. Update: The owner reached out to me and talked through what had happened. He was very nice, caring and ensured to me that things would be better. Great ownership and very caring to make sure that their service is the best possible. I really appreciated how he called and made sure everything could be fixed to ensure they give the best service available. I will be using their service in the future. More
