First, I don't care what their response to this is. ...it's probably a complete fabrication! I drove a late model Tesla on their lot to look at a '20 Model X. Sales person stated we could test drive a ...it's probably a complete fabrication! I drove a late model Tesla on their lot to look at a '20 Model X. Sales person stated we could test drive assuming we provided current insurance and DL which I did. He then comes out and states that GM Matt won't allow anything but to drive it in the parking lot. His rationale that he doesn't want to add 3-4 miles onto the odometer. What a complete joke! If I were the owner, this action today would embarrass me. But most likely not...probably one in the same. "Family", not the kind of family I'm used too. Maybe from NY or Cali? We drove to Carmax, got a premium trade on our Model Y, bought a '21 Model X. Screw family toyota. Amazing how business people turn away potential buyers/customers over something like this. Oh, his other rationale was "this is a $100k car". Really, when I drove to your dealership to look at it, I didn't know that...wow! I would stay away from Family Toyota!!! More

Richard Bui was incredible. He worked with us on ordering a RAV4 hybrid SE. It was delayed a couple times which he can't control but he messaged me every day any update he had. I was shopping for a 2021, 4Runner TRD Pro for a while; specifically, in the exclusive “lunar rock” color.
