James was a very personable person, but did not treat me professionally with the language he used, While he was very welcoming and playing "good cop" Matt Marlowe was playing "bad cop." They claimed they could not make a good deal because I had baby credit, but other dealerships were willing to give me interest rates at half of what they asked. They also were willing give half of what other dealerships were willing to giving me for my trade-in. It was disappointing and I felt they were trying to force my hand into a deal that was not good. They also encourage people to write a review and get a free tank of gas, which leads to me to believe some of these reviews are not organic. More

We dealt with a different salesman this time (by chance) Bob Nickerson was great to work with and was very informative of the features of the truck. He worked tirelessly during the entire process and followed up with us to make sure everything was great with our purchase. I want to give a shout out to Jordan (Sales Manager) who worked with us on both of our purchases in getting us the right price and financing numbers that we were happy with for both vehicles. Matt in the Finance Dept. was great to work with as well (both times). Very helpful explaining the long details of the extended warranties for both vehicles. In the end, we felt like we were dealing with family almost as we were treated as such. We felt very comfortable with the whole process. More

I took a chance and made the drive with our trade in. It was a process, but they never gave up. Neil Small, Jeff French, Jordan, Winston, and Matte all worked very hard to get our deal done. A well oiled machine that had my best interest. I truly felt I was treated more than fair, and they bent over backwards for my business. At the end of the day, it was a pleasure to trade in and buy a new vehicle from Liberty GMC. I want to mention Andrew at Allstate who was very helpful, and competitive!
