I have been trying to contact the finance department since November 2022. At this time 01/10/23 I still have not been contacted back. I have called more than a handful of times being promised to get a c since November 2022. At this time 01/10/23 I still have not been contacted back. These people did a secondary financing on my daughter took her 2500 sold her car that doesn't run now and she doesn't have a job she's homeless and unemployed I tried to call them and tell them they left took her 2500 sold her car that doesn't run now and she doesn't have a job she's homeless and unemployed I tried to call them and tell them they left me on hold three times the girl on the phone's name is Bonnie was rude as xxxx to me and slam the phone down I called the general manager and left a message as to where he wanted me to leave this car for the finance company to pick up because she can't make the payments and he won't return my calls they are the rudest individuals I've ever tried to do business with a real bunch of xxxxing xxxxxxxx More
