I have to say I was a little disappointed in my overall experience. I came in to purchase my deceased husband's lease. Jose was very nice but I felt a little pushed into my decision on the warranty. A supervisor came in and offered me one price then Becca in finance offered another. A little confusing. I was given a loaner so an inspection could be performed and two new tires could be installed..I arrived back at the dealership to finish my purchase and was given an envelope with a piece of paper that doesn't even resemble a final receipt. I had to ask for the warranty brochures.I really felt my business was not appreciated. A common courtesy would have been to have the car I just purchased as a certified pre-owned vacuumed and cleaned inside and out waiting for me just like I would have bought it off the lot. More

We have never owned a Nissan before and were not sure what to expect. I confess to being worried. But I would recommend them highly! I would also like to mention that we were never left standing around trying to get someones attention at any time. The car was delivered by tow truck but as soon as we drove into the lot, someone approached to assist us with finding the right department and the closest parking. Although they were busy, someone in service promptly greeted us and began to get us checked out and answer questions. I was also surprised that the car was already repaired and ready to be picked up before I had even had breakfast. That is highly unusual! Some repair shops will take all day or in some cases two or three days, even for relatively minor repairs. I also talked to Nicholas about researching and keeping me up to date on the availability of a Nissan Leaf at a future date. I have bought a lot of cars in my life but this was the best experience that I have had to date, with sales or service. More

There are other dealers that are selling new vehicles without market adjustments. When a return customer shows up and they are asked to still pay $3000 additional market adjustment along with $1295 "Pro without market adjustments. When a return customer shows up and they are asked to still pay $3000 additional market adjustment along with $1295 "Protection package" that is nothing but fluff. I went around the corner and was able to get a fantastic deal on a new Kia, with more features, and not have to pay additional market adjustment. FYI Moritz Kia has a big billboard stating the fact they don't charge any market adjustments. You can see the billboard from the Ft. Worth Nissan showroom. More
