I called to find out who to have cashier's check made out to. Was on hold for 6 minutes and called back only to get a voice mail. The receptionist should've been able to answer this. Was never called by finance office about finance rates available they just picked the lowest one. I didn't feel very important. License plate holder needed for the car wash is too big and covers up the writing on the new license plate. I would've saved money and transferred a plate had I know this. More
