Bought a car, as is but thought I could trust this dealership. BEWARE! 6 weeks later, the check engine light came on. it needed $2300 worthy of work, major leak in transmission, faulty spark plugs, fa dealership. BEWARE! 6 weeks later, the check engine light came on. it needed $2300 worthy of work, major leak in transmission, faulty spark plugs, faulty oxygen sensor to name just a few of the things wrong with it. I’m a singe mom of 4 kids and bought this car for my 16 year old daughter. They covered all these things up(I had 2 separate shops look at the car and they said there’s no way all the issues magically appeared in 6 weeks) Took the car to Ralph Schomp, even left it with them overnight and they refused to look at it. Told me they do nothing once the car is driven off the lot, this car is costing me a fortune and this dealership failed to take any responsibility. My sales guy was Mattheus Smit who we liked but conveniently he doesn’t work there any more but it was his manager Jesse Cooper who basically told us to get lost. Thanks for nothing Jesse, this place is a scam and sells cars it knows are falling apart. I am telling all my friends and doing so many reviews as I hope nobody goes through the terrible experience I did. More
