The is a problem when you take your vehicle in for service. when a person says I think my lifters are bad and they say nope you are fine Then 2 weeks later your lifters are getting replaced. I learne service. when a person says I think my lifters are bad and they say nope you are fine Then 2 weeks later your lifters are getting replaced. I learned you need to see what the the service writer wrote down because it’s like playing the game of telephone. You can say what is the problem but the person doesn't hear a word you said. My son asked for all records and then met the mechanic. The mechanic can only look at what the service writer puts in. When I read what they typed in it is not what I said was my issue. When I’m told to take my vehicle to another dealer because we apparently do not make you happy, I was dumb founded. Sherry my sales lady moved heaven and earth to help me. She asked the mechanic to talk with us, I only have great things to say about her. This lease I’m am counting down the days to turn In my keys. I wanted out of it yet management didn’t care. More
