I’m sorry to hear about your experience with getting your car serviced. I am going to forward your review to our management team for review and request that someone reach out to you. And, yes, we are taking a little longer in getting cars serviced right now. The only other Toyota dealership in the area was destroyed by the tornado that went through here a few weeks ago. So we have been inundated with calls for sales and service from not only our regular customers, but from people from the surrounding area. We are trying our best to help everyone as quickly as possible. We hope to get back to normal as soon as the other Toyota dealership is able to reopen. We do apologize for the delay.
