This was my first purchase from a dealership in my life. I found good reviews of Matthew and Galpin Ford online and those other reviews were what made me want to purchase my Maverick through them. Matthew was a TOTAL professional the entire way through, from ordering to purchase, and kept me well informed at every step along the way. We've all heard horror stories of going to dealerships and I think those stories prevented me from considering purchasing from a dealer in the past. Matthew has singlehandedly changed my perception of this experience. If I EVER need another Ford, I will go out of my way to purchase it through him. He wanted nothing more than for me to have a positive experience with my purchase, and was totally supportive of my decisions and worked tirelessly to get me exactly what I want. I wholeheartedly recommend him. He exemplifies what this experience should be like. More

He shopped around, got me the best rate, was very calm and not pushy, and very knowledgeable. My mom tagged along, she said if the family is going to buy a Ford, she is going back to Matthew.
