I would recommend purchasing a car from this dealership, but be sure to be willing to spend a lot of time carefully reading through every single document they give you, or you may lose out on a good chunk of change More

New Vehicle I purchased a vehicle from Hall Honda in Virginia Beach last week and the following folks were super helpful: Dwight Richards, Amanda Carroll, Kelsey I purchased a vehicle from Hall Honda in Virginia Beach last week and the following folks were super helpful: Dwight Richards, Amanda Carroll, Kelsey Johnson, Mindy Lotan, Max Goodloe, Lawrence Bright, Richard Bararra, Mark Self. I came in over several days and brought my wife in for a test drive when my regular sales reps had the day off. No matter what day or time I arrived, I was greeted as if I was their most important customer and they went out of their way to ensure I test drove several vehicles and that my questions were answered. I shopped around to several other dealarships for the same vehicle and even looked at other vehicle types during my search. Hall Honda provided the best overall value. I keep my vehicles until they are not repairable so longevity of the vehicle and dealarship customer service after the sale played an important part in my decision. Thank you Hall Honda! More

Excellent Dealer My wife and I decided we needed to update her mini van after 14 years. We wanted another Honda Odyssey so we went back to our previous dealer, Hall H My wife and I decided we needed to update her mini van after 14 years. We wanted another Honda Odyssey so we went back to our previous dealer, Hall Honda. We are met by Keegan Meincke who was friendly and not pushy. After we looked around at several vehicles we sat down with Keegan. We had not planned on a purchase that day but after going over everything about the vehicle, we decided to buy an Odyssey EX-L. After doing all of the paperwork with Byron Gray, we went home with the plan to bring in the title to our trade-in and pick up the Van. However after getting home, we decided that we wanted the EX-L Nav/Res version. Although we did not need the Rear Entertainment System, we definitely wanted the Navigation System built in and not through our phone. I called Keegan just before closing and told him. He was very cooperative and we met the next day and purchased the upgraded vehicle. We were given about 2 hours of training by Barbara Howard. She was excellent and was able to relate to the feelings and desires of my wife. The overall experience has been wonderful. We will easily return should we need another vehicle and will recommend Hall Honda and Keegan to anyone seeking a vehicle. More
