Service is always great that's why I have come here for years. But how about some cheap stackable chairs that could be moved around outside to set in the shade but not shared like the benches. First time owner of an GMC vehicle. I selected to use Dick Norris Buick as they were much closer than the dealership where I purchased my SUV. First time oil change/tire rotation service. Friendly st Dick Norris Buick as they were much closer than the dealership where I purchased my SUV. First time oil change/tire rotation service. Friendly staff. Clean waiting room area. Clean restrooms. These are very important for me to return in the future and I will most definitely return. Thank You Max for answering my questions. More

I recently had my Birthday - my family was flying in from Ct. and Michigan - I said they could use my car! It wouldn"t start. After numerous visits AAA - I called Max and he said tow it in and he'd c from Ct. and Michigan - I said they could use my car! It wouldn"t start. After numerous visits AAA - I called Max and he said tow it in and he'd check it out. He did an excellent job but it was an electrical problem and took time to repair but repair he did. My family had to rent a car but thanks to Max he checked the car over had it in tip top shape for me and we able to pick it up for me on 3 days before they left( He charged the motor and cleaned it and checked it over thoroughly! I am so grateful to Max who I have seen since my husband passed . I recommend him highly and the Buick service. Thank you a million Max and your crew!! Fondly, Joan Finch. More

I can’t say enough good things about the Dick. Norris service department. They are by far the best service department I have ever dealt with. As always, was greeted with a smile by the service team when I dropped my truck off for service. Was given a ride home and picked up when the service was complete.
