"Probably a dealership to avoid in PA."
I wanted to leave an honest review on my experience on this dealership. I did not have a good experience with this dealership. Their internet sales manager showed no willingness to negotiate even with KBB & NADA values as support. This dealership clearly does not deal in volume and looking to make the most profit out of each vehicle. If you compare their quotes with the nearby Lexus dealership and you will know what I am talking about. I ended up making my purchase at a difference dealership. I'm don't think all the employees there are the same, but this is what I have experienced.

Our purchase of a new Lexus RX 350 was a pleasant surprise. The entire process from my initial contact with their Internet rep ( Megan Todd) to their Sales & Leasing Consultant ( Lucas Johnson) was the best car purchasing experience. All paperwork was completed in a thorough, efficient, and timely manner. Lucas was friendly, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy. His vehicle overview was presented in a very clear and concise manner. He answered all my wife’s questions and demonstrated where/ when necessary. We left Wilkie Lexus with a thorough understanding of how to operate and utilize all the many components of our beautiful, new Lexus 350. As a bonus, Lucas made sure we knew how to get in touch if we had any questions or problems. The entire experience was” Top Shelf “.
