I have been with VW since 2013, after leaving the Insurance Industry. I fell in love with VW as a brand and a company, so I can tell you I do bleed blue. I currently drive a VW Jetta GLI. I have been with Heritage, who I feel treats the customer and their employee better than anyone. My goal is to help you choose a car that you will love driving, educating you about your vehicle, and maintaining customer service at the highest possible level, during the sales process and for years to come.

Heritage VW Parkville and especially Melissa Cole are wonderful to work with. I have purchased several cars from Melissa and refer everyone I know to her. I am a big fan of Heritage Volkswagen Parkville: I bought my last 3 cars here and do all my service here, mainly because my super agent, Melissa, rocks! She is straight talking, knowledgeable, patient, and my last 3 cars here and do all my service here, mainly because my super agent, Melissa, rocks! She is straight talking, knowledgeable, patient, and always your advocate, well after the sale is done. She never pressured me (and I took months to decide the model and specs for my current Tiguan). She also ensures that Heritage’s Service team was able to take care of a sunroof (recall) issue as quickly and painlessly as possible. I appreciate having such a responsive team to work with, and to have Melissa on my side. If you are looking for a place to buy and service your VW, there is no better place than this, and I can’t recommend Melissa strongly enough. More
