I had a very good experience at Ide Honda dealer. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and efficient Ide Honda folks treat their Customers and run their business.
I recently purchased a 2018 Ridgeline that started to exhibit two unrelated symptoms: "Transmission System Problem" and "Blind Spot Info Problem"
Melody, the service adviser took me right in and the technician found the root cause to be the automatic transmission within a very reasonable time.
I cannot say enough good things about Ide Honda in all. . . just great folks who cares about their Customers. And great Techs who know their stuff.
The Truck has been running very nicely. And check this out . . . the calculated gas mileage on the display that used to read in the mid to upper 17 MPG in town is now reading in the 20 to 21 MPG in town.
Just another happy guy . . .

I called and spoke to Al because I was about to purchase a CRV from a Toyota dealer and that vehicle, dealer and experience just didn’t feel right. I asked for Al because I had spoken to a previous dealer at Ide that retired while I was looking (he was just ok-not impressed.) I had seen someone so happy about her new car that I thought was working with Al, so I asked for him.
I had an exceptional experience with Al based on his very personable, easy to talk to demeanor, no pressure approach whatsoever, his knowledge of Hondas and his relationship with the other salespeople and Finance guy, who were all very easy to talk to when weighing my options. The first thing he did was spend time sitting in the vehicle showing me the options because I wasnt fully convinced on choosing between a RAV4 and CRV and wasn’t sure a used Touring from another dealer was what I should get. I purchased a 2019 CRV. I would 100% recommend Al Gleichauf and give him the highest rating for personality, style of sales, knowledge of vehicles and ease of the process of sale.
I also spoke to Melody Gould about maintenance costs before buying and she was also great and very thorough. .(The Finance guy spoke to my son about his own career in dealerships. His name is not listed or I would have 5 star rated him as well.)

I have been loyal to Ide Honda since 2009 because they have been good to me! I just leased my 5th vehicle! I would highly recommend Ide Honda, they take care of their customers.
