Chillin with Michael was one of the most relaxed and fun days at a car lot I've had in a long time. He had knowledge and understanding of the vehicles on top of a great attitude. He made the day seem like a day hanging out with friends and/or family, so much so I lost track of time. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him and the whole haselwood family to anyone listening.

Had a great buying experience at Haselwood Chevrolet. My salesman was friendly, communicative, and very no pressure. The sales manager also ensured i had a good experience while there. I was very pleased with the offer on my trade in (full trade in value, not bottom dollar) and they were sure to get me as many rebates as possible. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend my friends and family to do business with them.

Very awesome experience was able to trade in my car for a reasonable price and purchase a new Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. I will definitely recommend this dealership and sales rep to anyone.

I bought a 2019 Chevy High Country in September of last year to pull my camper, unfortunately it wasn’t ‘enough truck’ to pull it/stay safe so I wanted to trade it in for a 3/4 or 1 ton. I had appointments with 2 different dealers to look at a few trucks to shop around. I liked the Sierra 3500 at haselwood but also liked another one at the other dealer. Didn’t want to run my credit twice so wanted an estimate on what my trade in might be at the two dealers...was told by Josh Smith (GSM) and Michael Durant (Sales person) that they would call me and then email me some numbers/value Friday night or Saturday morning...waited until 11:30 Saturday...nothing. I called and spoke directly to Michael, he seemed completely uninterested in working for my business. Said he would call me back...that Josh was ‘working a couple deals’, so I waited at the other dealership for almost 2 hours for them to call me back...crickets. Still haven’t heard from them. From what I was told the sales people at Haselwood are not commissioned based any more...which is fine, but where is the hunger to do the right thing for your company?? If it’s not working hard to get your customer in a vehicle they like then you’ve got nothing...and clearly that’s what happened. I bought an $80000 truck from the other dealer...there is a possibility I’ll get my $60 oil changes at Haselwood though...good choice gentlemen. I’m actually embarrassed for you.
