As a returning customer I wanted to do business with the same salesman I had a great experience with a couple months prior to purchasing our second vehicle. I got ahold of Michael and we managed to set up a same salesman I had a great experience with a couple months prior to purchasing our second vehicle. I got ahold of Michael and we managed to set up a time that worked best for us. Originally we came to look at a different truck but Michael listened to our vague wants in a truck. He showed us a couple different options which suited us better he even took us to another location where we found our dream truck. 2 months till our bundle of joy is here and we now have two perfectly spacious family vehicles. He connects with his customers and is not pushy while making a big decision. He makes you feel like family not just a paycheck. We will be returning again in the future, what a great guy. More

I initially found a white Jeep Wrangler that I made an appointment to check out. When I arrived at the dealership, Mike met us at the door and instantly connected with my son over a video game he was play appointment to check out. Mike was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, kind and overall just a great person to work with. We test drove the white Jeep and after looking it over and talking about why I was looking for a different car, Mike immediately had another Jeep that fit what I was looking for in mind. He helped coordinate what my trade in was worth and what payments would look like for each Jeep. He helped make the decision easy and find something newer with less miles for the same payment. I cannot say enough good things about the service provider at Anderson. Mike really connected with my kids (4& & 7) and made being at a dealership for a few hours fun for them. I walked out the same day with my new Jeep keys in hand and the top off ready to drive home. They made sure to do a detail and fill it up with gas before we left the lot. Thank you SO much Mike and Keith for making our experience so positive and for helping me keep the kids entertained! You both are great! More

I flew 650 miles to Anderson Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram to purchase a specific vehicle I found online. Mike Gardner was my primary point of contact. Not only did he personally pick me up at O’Hare, but he facilitated one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever had at a dealership. The vehicle was precisely as advertised. The business portion was streamlined and efficient. Both Mike and Keith McCoy showed me the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. My experience with Anderson was great. Where do I start? One of my work vehicles was totaled in a wreck so I was on the hunt for a good used one. Found a listing online so I called the dealer and I was fort One of my work vehicles was totaled in a wreck so I was on the hunt for a good used one. Found a listing online so I called the dealer and I was fortunate enough to get Mike on the phone. Within the hour I had an out the door price in writing sent to me via text message and email. Mike even went out in the snow to get me a few extra pictures! Originally I was going to get financing through my bank but they ended up nitpicking tiny details and complicating the whole process. Mike called in his finance guy, Keith, who made a few calls and was able to get me a slightly better deal through his contact, WITH THE VERY SAME BANK! All this while keeping their word on the original estimate they provided. They even knocked off $600 to sweeten the deal and to make sure everything worked out perfectly! Mike and the team at Anderson believe in being straightforward and upfront with their customers which makes them trustworthy and dependable. Not once did I get that sleazy car dealer salesman vibe from anyone I delt with. I never felt pressured. In fact, they waited patiently for almost 2 weeks while I shopped around for auto loans. After working out all the numbers, I flew into Chicago (from Arkansas) where Mike had Trish pick my wife and I up from the airport. Trish was an awesome conversationist and made the 1 hour ride feel quick and easy. When at got to the dealer, Mike was outside sending off another happy customer in their new car. I'm not kidding when I say that we were in and out in less than 1 hour. It took a little over 45 mins to sign paperwork and drive off the lot. Most of our time there was spent chatting with Mike and Keith. They had everything ready to go and we drove off the lot in a fully detailed, fully gassed up and great smelling RAM ProMaster City at an unbeatable price (I searched nationwide and no one had a better deal). Just do yourself a favor and go to Anderson for your next car. Ask for Mike and just let him take care of you. You won't be disappointed. More
