Michael started his career at Bourne's in September of 2003. He started as the point sales person as Bourne's expanded to the current location at Belmont Street. In his current role he manages all operations of Bourne Enterprises, Inc. He is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA. He has completed the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Training. In his free time he enjoys playing many different sports and spending time on Cape Cod with his Family. He currently resides in Easton, with his wife and two children, where he was born and raised.

After our first buying experience many years ago with Mike Kelly we have never gone anywhere else for sales or service. They are great to work with during every aspect of every sale or service visit. We have encountered honesty, patience, professionalism, and no pressure. All of our sales have been through Mike Kelly over the years, who we have returned to time and time again due to the way we were treated. This time we worked with John Benner. He provided another simple, professional, easy buying experience. John was very patient, kind, accommodating and helped us to drive our new car home the day we bought it. I have worked with Jake on 2 other Lexus vehicles and knew he would not disappoint. Within 2 days he had located 2 options for me. Both were exactly what I wanted. I went to the dealership and drove the car and days later drove it off the lot. Not only are you treated well by the Sales team, but Shawn S, the manager and Andy in the finance office take the time to understand what you need and deliver. I could not be happier with the car, the experience and the entire team at Bourne's Auto Center. You may read a few other reviews that are not as flattering as mine, but keep in mind these two facts. One, no one goes out of their way to say something nice but will to say something bad. And two, you can't please some people no matter how hard you try. Trust me, check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. More

Bourne's was the exact opposite. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and had an excellent vast selection! I purchased a beautiful 2013 Hyundai Elantra GS Coupe. John Benner, the sales associate I worked with, was very knowledgeable and never once pressured me. I would recommend them to anyone. More

General Manager was outstanding-Outstanding Customer Service I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write about my first experience at Bourne's, especially with the General Manager Mike Kelle I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write about my first experience at Bourne's, especially with the General Manager Mike Kelley. Purchased a Volvo XC90 end of October 2014. Had followed this vehicle from a previous dealership when it was sold to Bourne's. It had a few mechanical issues when I test drove at previous dealership and when I first test drove it at Bourne's it still had the same issues but they were in process of servicing it. I informed the salesperson that I was interested but wanted the issues to be resolved. When I returned to test drive vehicle again the salesperson had given his notice and was no longer working there. The vehicle still had a few issues after second test drive and there had been miscommunication from the saleperson in regards to the transaction. So I reached out to Mike Kelley General Manager via email. Mike responded to my email within 10 minutes even though it was after hours and informed me he would look into the issues and get back to me. Mike did get back to me the next day and proceeded to go above and beyond my expectations as a manager of a dealership. He did everything he could do to make sure that I was going to be happy with the vehicle and the transaction. He kept me updated on everything that was being done and responded to any inquiries I had. He even test drove the vehicle several times himself. When I returned for a third test drive, he drove with me and when there was a vibration during high speed driving he made sure the service department went through it again, got another pair of new tires and had a high speed balance. He then drove the vehicle down to a place halfway between my home and dealership to have me test drive it again and to make sure I was completely satisfied. There was no pressure tactics. He was very professional. This experience showed what kind of person he is and that Bourne's truly values their customers and their reputation. This more than made up for the initial inconvenience that I experienced and I would highly recommend Bourne's to anyone looking for a great customer experience. Mike followed through with everything he said he was going to do. It's easy to provide good customer service to a customer when everything goes right but when things don't go perfectly the response and how its handled is what counts and I give Bourne's and Mike Kelly 5 stars. I am very happy with my vehicle. More

"IN AND OUT" After experiencing a lot of problems with my previous car they offered to take it back, and give me a different one. It was really smooth in, and out. An Astounding Experience I had been shopping around for vehicles for a few months, knowing my then current lease was coming due when a friend recommended Bourne's. I wasn't sure if I was going to get a new or used car. I took a look at there site and found a vehicle I thought I could only dream of affording. I decided to call Bourne's and see if I could take the vehicle for a ride and see how it was. I was lucky enough to get David Pair on the phone who said he would have the car up front waiting for me, and he did. I took the car for a ride, and a few days later I decided to purchase it after doing my research and talking to David about the vehicle. (Which was in great condition.) Upon starting the purchase process Bourne's employees walked me through the entire process with a smile and friendly attitude. David showed me where I can sit, and use there WiFi, while they look for the best rate for me to finance the vehicle at. Carlos Machado took me through everything from what my APR was to GAP insurance and extended warranties giving me all the information to make an educated decision that I was confident in. After all the paperwork was done, they cleaned the vehicle, register it and off I went. I was fortunate to meet Mike Kelley as well. We talked while the car was being registered, cleaned, etc, and he gave me even more confidence in my purchase discussing with me some of the items that they look over in the inspection of the vehicle, and the care the take with all there vehicles, and care they give to there customers. While the deal was already done, he kept the experience going and made me comfortable in not only my purchase, but that they can handle anything that comes in the future regarding the car, or future cars. All I can say is the experience was phenomenal! I definitely recommend these guys, and will be back for my next car. More
