My wife picked me up from the airport in STL after 36 hours of traveling time in airports and in the air and we went straight to the dealership. I didn't know what to think before I walked in. We asked for Mike Minner because he was listed as the internet sale rep. I have been to many dealerships looking for cars and have been ready to buy many times but its really all about how you are treated that usually make my top priority on the list for buying a car at a particular place. I have to say, this by far was the best car buying and shopping experience I have had. No pressure, very willing to help in any way, clean, friendly, welcoming, and professional, top class are just a few ways to explain this experience. At no time at all did I feel pressured to take something that I didn't really want. We did walk away the first day because we did not want to settle with a used car that was not the right color or year we wanted. Mike said he would do what he could to find a vehicle for us. A day later a vehicle had come into the lot as a trade in and Mike knew it was the right vehicle for us since we spent several hours with him helping us and trying to find us the right vehicle. It was the right vehicle and we came back up the next day to test drive it and bought it on the spot. Thanks for the great experience and we will making Bommarito Honda of Hazelwood our home base for buying vehicles from now on. Thanks again! More

I had been driving a 1999 Honda Odyssey for a number of years and it just recently turned 248,000 miles. The transmission was slipping, the "magic" side doors weren't working, most of the lights on the da years and it just recently turned 248,000 miles. The transmission was slipping, the "magic" side doors weren't working, most of the lights on the dash were always on so one day I decided to look online for another Odyssey - maybe a demo model or a one year old model. I just happen to pass by Bommarito Honda on my way to work five days a week and see all the new Odyssey's that they have and thought I'd check with them first. At 11 AM that day I saw a 2011 Odyssey at Bommarito Honda, fully loaded - leather, sunroof, heated seats, you name it this van has it (I don't even really consider it a van it's so cool). I called the online sales number and got in touch with Michael Minner who was very professional, polite and not pushy (a rare trait among car salesmen). I asked a few questions and he took down my name and number and that was that. I told my wife about it and she was all for it - "go take a look at it" she said ... never tell a guy to "go take a look" - we don't shop, we buy. So at 2PM when I got out of work I went over and met Michael - he made a copy of my driver's license (after offering me an ice cream bar and a water - very nice touch) and off I went in the 2011 Odyssey. I knew I would have to have it. It was years ahead of my lowly '99 and when I came back we sat down and without the classic "wait here for three hours while my manager and I laugh at you" attitude Michael went in the office behind him - where he and his boss discussed my offer and they even gave me $1000 for my van which they described as a salvage vehicle ... Less than an hour later I was driving home in a 'new' Odyssey - they worked like a well oiled machine - no lengthy paperwork, no pressure, no feeling like I'm gonna have to fight this guy to get what I want at the price I want. They offered me a great deal on a true and tested vehicle that only had 12,000 miles on it ... I gained a lot of self respect and even though I still get teased about my 'minivan' by my buddies when I start telling them all the options that I have and they don't ... they stop dead in their tracks. It was a very pleasurable experience - how many people do you know that can say that about buying a car from a dealership? I would highly recommend Bommarito to anyone as well as Michael Minner. Thank you!! I LOVE MY VAN! ... is that gay? More
