He presented the information, answered my questions and allowed me space to consider the choices and make a decision. I previously owned a Prius for nine years which I also purchased from DCH Toyota, and had the vehicle serviced in their department for everything. It was easy to book appointments, and the work was efficiently performed. Whatever service had to be done was always explained clearly and my questions were always answered to my satisfaction. More

I was told the cost of the vehicle I purchased was one figure and then when it was time to sit with the finace manager the price of the car was $50 more. I get it, it's only 50 bucks but it was the principal. The salesman never apologized for the inaccuracy he gave me in the final figure and the finance manager was not at all caring towards the situation. My guess is, from their reactions, that this is the way they do business on the daily basis. DCH Toyota completely lacking transparency and completely unremorseful for their poor business practices. More
