Mike Price is the best car salesman in 60 years of buying cars. My wife also felt good about our time with Mike Price. He covered all the questions we asked in a professional manner. It was airways my expierence to be in an enemy. Not so with Mike. You have a very good employee.

Mike was patient, polite and helpful and took us back and forth to the sister dealership to see a couple of different cars. He respected our desire to compare cars at other dealerships. The final sales process, including trade-in was pretty smooth too.

I have given the rating I did because there were a few things that worried me during my time. First of all, they told us to ask for a team member named Stephen Cook. He wasn’t there yet because I was early and another member took us to their desk. Almost like he took that sale. It felt a little weird. Also, during the trade in discussion, they low balled our trade in and the manager came in and was kind of rude to my father. He talked over him and was putting him down.
Other than that, it was a long, normal process that ended with getting a new car.

We are not experienced new car buyers and our MO has been to keep a car until it is no longer drivable. It is nice to have no car payment even though the cost of keeping an older car safe and operational is some times considerable. It was time to look at a new car finally and we decided to shop for a Subaru Forester after hearing glowing reports from friends and family members about their experience with Subaru. Using some online help, we met with salesmen from two local dealers. We bought the vehicle from Gerald Subaru of Naperville with Michael Price being our sales rep. Mike was excellent. He was very well informed about the product, was patient with our hesitance in buying a new car at all and made the whole deal a very good experience. We also were happy with the treatment we received from the business office and everyone else we had contact with at the dealer. Unlike other dealerships where the salesman are like sharks and push you into a sale really hard, this dealer is more laid-back. our salesman Michael price was willing to help get the price I needed to get into the car.
