I owned my own business for 35 years. This gives me a unique perspective on commercial sales and service - I have been in my customers shoes and understand the complexities of running a business - and how vehicles can be the life blood of an organization. Michael is one of our commercial and fleet sales representative, but he might as well be a motivational speaker with the wisdom that he lives by. Some examples of this are, a UofL baseball coach once told him, “go out there and win the day, the championship will follow”. Another favorite is, “practice like you’ve never won, perform like you’ve never lost”. Perhaps. The most helpful, “If mom’s not happy, no one is happy!”.

I purchased a used commercial truck from Bob Hook Chevrolet because one of our existing trucks suddenly had a transmission failure. That truck was used every day to haul fabrication materials to act Chevrolet because one of our existing trucks suddenly had a transmission failure. That truck was used every day to haul fabrication materials to active job sites. Michael was able to complete a deal on the truck we needed in very short order. The next day the new truck was on the road working for us.
