First On Line Purchase I dealt with Michael Williams with my purchase of the new F350 Dually. Top notch service. Answered all my questions and received a very fair deal. Had the truck delivered to Ohio, signed the papers, took my trade and couldn't be happier! I would recommend this dealership to my friends and will look here first when making my next purchase! More

Fine Dealership Worth visiting if you are looking for a Ford product! I wish they would do away with the salesman having to go back and forth with the manager on Worth visiting if you are looking for a Ford product! I wish they would do away with the salesman having to go back and forth with the manager on price, though. Authorize the salesman to negotiate price directly with the buyer. My salesman was superb, but the process he was forced to use is straight out of the 1970s and 1980s. Mike Williams did a superb job! More

Enjoyable purchase I was happy they had what I was looking for. I wanted a certain color and they had it in stock. the rest was easy. Honest and friendly. I inquired about a vehicle online and in less than 2 minutes I was contacted by Michael. He was friendly and informative. We discussed a couple of opt I inquired about a vehicle online and in less than 2 minutes I was contacted by Michael. He was friendly and informative. We discussed a couple of options that interested me. I went to the dealership the same day and was greeted immediately by employees and assisted right away. Rusty took care of me. He was friendly and honest. His demeanor was greatly appreciated. After my decision was made, Lane helped me with financing. Lane was super friendly and comical. He made the process painless and even enjoyable. When I returned to the dealership for service and tags, Michael helped me set up the technology in the car and explained how everything worked, which was much appreciated because I don't have the time or patience figuring those things out. Overall, a fantastic and easy experience. Highly recommended dealership. More

Great Service ......Michael Williams.....Internet Sales I found a car past Sunday eve 6/2/19, and he responded right back!!! Unheard of … Most dealers might send a generic response in a day or 2 or not at all. He continued to stay in touch and Monday we drove to his dealership 90 miles away and met with Michael.a couple hours later we drove away with the car. There was a Lincoln Navigator in showroom for $94000 our car was a fraction of that but they made you feel like you bought the Navigator! Once the paperwork was done they took a picture of my Grandson with the salesman (it was going to be his car) and set the tone with him that all dealerships operate this way,but they don't. So if you are looking for a great experience look no further than Ford Lincoln of Cookeville. More
