Waited weeks to get my appointment for a recall on spongy breaks, the day before I call several times trying to get someone in service to answer the phone got a call back late in the day and advised I could breaks, the day before I call several times trying to get someone in service to answer the phone got a call back late in the day and advised I could not wait and it would take 2-3 days to review and confirm the issue on recalls. Only then would they order parts etc. I have had a number of appointments here in the last 5 years as I currently have 2 Ford Edges 2013 & 2015, ever in counter at QC Welch has had it issues you cant even find a safe place to park. I since have canceled my appointment as I have to have my car for work, fortunately I travel to ATL monthly and will go back to my old dealer Gwinnett Place Mall Ford. I have also been looking for Replacement edges 4 & 5 and will not be giving my business here. Rich L More
