We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Michelle Nelson at Kolosso. We test drove both a Rav4 and the Highlander Hybrid and she knew both vehicles inside and out...so impressive! From Bill Kolosso to Dick Demeuth to Laurie in service and everyone I have dealt with there, I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. My salesperson listened to what I was looking for and had a number of options for me to consider. This dealership is conveniently located and has a large selection of vehicles. The staff is wonderful as well. I worked with Michelle Nelson, who is apparently our family vehicle advisor - my parents and s selection of vehicles. The staff is wonderful as well. I worked with Michelle Nelson, who is apparently our family vehicle advisor - my parents and sister have purchased multiple vehicles from her as well. She is an absolute gem, and Kolosso is lucky to have her! (Give her a raise! :) She was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY patient with me through the entire process. She went above and beyond helping me switch everything to our new van (imagine moving twins and car seats and everything else!). When we need another vehicle again, we’ll visit Michelle! More
