Michelle Nelson, our Sales Consultant and Jim, our finance guy, were knowledgeable and super pleasant to work with. They went out of their way to make sure we were fully informed and had all our quest finance guy, were knowledgeable and super pleasant to work with. Michelle Nelson was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She was prompt in replying to emails and put a consistent effort in contacting me while I was out of town in a different time zone. She answered ALL of the many questions I had about a Rav4 hybrid and the different packages. Michelle explained to me the simple ordering process and how the allocated cars came into the dealership. At no point did I ever feel pressured in any way. She spent time with me explaining all safety and other features on the car when it arrived. Michelle always had a cheery, upbeat, professional attitude. This dealership is LUCKY to have such a person on their sales team!! I would also like to say THANK YOU to Kolosso Toyota for keeping it local to serve the 19 surrounding counties. Most importantly for not taking advantage of the current situation out there and not tagging on an extra fee or percentage like many of the other dealerships are. I appreciate the integrity of the dealership owners. This is why I purchased from Kolosso. I hope this continues as I deal with them in the future.
