Michelle helped us buy our last vehicle and again this time listened to understand the car we wanted and needed and was able to find a match in less time than we expected. When we picked up the car, she time listened to understand the car we wanted and needed and was able to find a match in less time than we expected. When we picked up the car, she spent the right amount of time going over new computerized features and helped with setup using the iPhone app. The financial side of the experience was efficient and our questions were answered with confidence and respect.
