I cannot say enough about Kolosso Toyota, Appleton! The entire team is efficient, friendly, and accommodating. They work so well together and really are a well oiled machine. Michelle was a pleasure to work with during this car buying experience! During the times of low availability for new vehicles, we showed interest for a car that was on their website and she responded t buying experience! During the times of low availability for new vehicles, we showed interest for a car that was on their website and she responded the very next day letting us know it was available but a few other people were also interested. We responded promptly and stated we wanted the vehicle and she ensured it was claimed for us! She was very thorough in her knowledge of the vehicle and all the bells and whistles that went with it. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 4 Runner from Michelle, she was knowledgeable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.
