Just bought my second vehicle from Kolosso and worked with Michelle Nelson both times. I worked with Michelle on my first purchase in 2019 and was glad to find out she was still there when I wanted to t with Michelle Nelson both times. I worked with Michelle on my first purchase in 2019 and was glad to find out she was still there when I wanted to trade up in 2021. As long as she is at Kolosso I'll continue to call her any time I need to consider purchasing a car from a dealer. She is the perfect example of someone who is just there to help you and NOT put pressure on the sale. More

Fantastic. There whenever you need them. Our dealer is beyond words. We get birthday and and anniversary cards. Machelle comes over to see us whenever we have service and remembers our son’s name! Michelle is GREAT to work with when you’re looking for a new vehicle. When I left the lot driving off in my new leased Camry, I told her I hope she’s there when I come back in 3 years. She kept things moving along from test driving to completing the paperwork. I also received a personalized “Welcome” video from Michelle confirming my appointment. My experience at Kolosso was all about me & I LOVE my new wheels thanks to Michelle. I will also mention—other staff members I met as well were pleasant and happy to help. Sent that in and they ordered it for us. Dealer was responsive during the wait and called as soon as it got there. Still have to listen to all the upsells but no pressure when we said no. Michelle was great and very friendly and understanding. More
