Had a great experience buying a new truck from Michelle. I reached out to her via email late on a Friday afternoon to inquire about a truck I saw on the Kolosso website and she called me back within 20 min I reached out to her via email late on a Friday afternoon to inquire about a truck I saw on the Kolosso website and she called me back within 20 minutes. I drove 1+ hours the next day and she had everything ready for me to go on a test drive after taking the time to go over some of the key features of the truck. Negotiations were professional and none of the childish games you sometimes get at dealers. Ended up doing the deal that day. Also had great experience with Becky Webb getting an ultra low finance rate. When I picked the truck up, Michelle made sure everything was ready to go (including a part add on I requested after the fact--thanks, George). I highly recommend Michelle and the Kolosso team! More
