He provided everything I asked, and I feel the final price and arrangements (like replacing a door trim piece) for the vehicle were just what I requested. When Chris wasn't in one day, another sales associate helped me for over an hour. Since I had to fit visits to Marquardt into my work schedule, I appreciated the sales staff's flexibility. I like what Marquardt offers in service and assistance going forward -- from what I experienced so far, I believe they will deliver! More
