I think that the overall customer service in the dealership has been a lot less customer orientated. Maybe because of the lack of help that the customer feels less appreciated. When I brought my dealership has been a lot less customer orientated. Maybe because of the lack of help that the customer feels less appreciated. When I brought my vehicle in for routine service they informed me that my water pump looked like it was rusted and may start leaking and that it should be replaced. Also that a hanger bracket bearing was going bad and that it looked like the driveshaft would need to be replaced as well. I told them that I needed to think about it first because I needed the vehicle at the time. I got back to them in a few weeks and told them that I would like to go ahead and get it fixed but would like them to make sure they had all the parts first so they could complete the work in one day and they told me they could do that. Also told them there was a thumping noise when you drove down the road. They told me it could be the drive shaft or the tires because they were also getting wore down. We scheduled it for the next week. I took it in that day to do the work and Mike told me that they could send it out to do the driveshaft for half the cost so I said great that I’d appreciate that. He called me back later in the day and told me the people he sent it out to couldn’t fix it. So we had to reschedule them repairs until next week so we could order in the parts I said ok, but make sure we have them all so we could get it done in one day. So we scheduled for the next week. I brought it back in the next week and I was called later in the day and was told that they opened the box with the drive shaft in and they told me that there was a problem with the drive shaft there was a broken part in the box I asked why they hadn’t checked the parts before I brought it in and at least they fixed the water pump but they told me they hadn’t got to that. So we scheduled for next week. I brought it in again to complete the work. When I got back to pick it up they had it fixed but I had told them to wait on the tires. But to get me a price on new tires. I drove the truck home and I noticed it still had that noise in it when you drove it. Mike told me that he thought the noise was a left front wheel bearing going out but the service tech thought it was the tires that were making the noise. So I told them to get the tires in and we would schedule it back in next week to have them installed. I brought it in next week and had them installed the tires and came in and picked it up after work and driving it home I noticed it was still making the same noise. I called Mike the next day and told Mike it was still making the same noise and asked why the didn’t drive it to make sure the noise was gone. He told me that it must have been over.looked by the service tech. So we scheduled it in the next week to have the left front wheel bearing replaced. Finally the problem was taken care of. I don’t think a person should have to bring a vehicle 6 (six) times to get something repaired that should of realistically could have been taken care of in 2 visits. 2 things should not of happened first the parts box should have been checked before I brought it in, second the service tech should have driven it to see if the noise was taken care if by the tires More

I have bought all my vehicles and have had them serviced at Tenvoorde Ford, which is the 1st Ford Motor Company dealership in the country. AND...I live in metro Minneapolis. That has to tell you something at Tenvoorde Ford, which is the 1st Ford Motor Company dealership in the country. AND...I live in metro Minneapolis. That has to tell you something about how I feel about their sales and service. They are without question outstanding in everything they do. I would recommend them to anyone. More

This was the 4th time I brought in my F-150 for the same problem. Changed the front wheel bearing at a cost of around $800 on 1st visit… still had grinding noise coming from front end. 2nd visit could not d problem. Changed the front wheel bearing at a cost of around $800 on 1st visit… still had grinding noise coming from front end. 2nd visit could not detect noise due to snow covered roads. 3rd visit diagnosed EIW problems and parts were ordered. 4th visit installed replacement part and determined that didn’t help (no charge… waste of time). They are now saying it is the front differential and the cost to install a used differential is around $2100. This will be the 5th visit and my confidence on this diagnostic is very low … by the way I have had this vehicle only maintained at Tenvoorde or Tenvoorde Quick Lane no other shop has touched this vehicle since I bought it with around 7000 mile. I don’t believe my next vehicle will be a Ford and I don’t believe I will return to Tenvoorde… this is the 12th F-150 I have owned. More
