I think all this could have been avoided if they would have did what the service tech said in the first place and orders the water pump and the new drive shaft and then checked it before I brought the vehicle in the first time. Also Mike the service manager suggested the noise was probably the wheel bearing the could have looked at that more closely before I put new tires on and at least test drove it after installing the tires to see if it took care of the noise instead of me having to drive it and have to bring it in again. All I want to do is bring this to your attention so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I’ve had Fords all my life starting with my 65 galaxies 500.
