I have been a Hernando County resident since 1982 coming from Bedford NH right after college. I had a floorcovering business for 13 years before taking the dive into auto sales. I decided to make Spring Hill my new home with my wife who I met in high school, we have one son named Austin who recently got married(2016). He and his wife Kathleen gave us an amazing Grandchild named Rado in 2018. I am an avid fan of cars, motorcycles(fast ones), boats and love dogs. I have one Boxer(5).

In the past six months my wife and I have purchased two vehicles at Walker Ford. We purchased a low mileage Explorer that had been inspected and certified by Walker Ford. This is backed by the included b vehicles at Walker Ford. We purchased a low mileage Explorer that had been inspected and certified by Walker Ford. This is backed by the included bumper to bumper warranty. We liked our salesperson so much, I decided I was going to purchase a Mustang GT here. I was already planning to purchase the Mustang somewhere. I felt we got good treatment with the Explorer and our trade in. Michael Batchelder took the time to go through every option on the build list and literally optioned my car on his desktop. Even though it is available online to do youself. Mike walked next door and there the order was entered. I received a printout of my build line by line with MSRP of each selection. A small deposit and I had a 2022 Grabber Blue Mustang GT Premium with PP and Magneride on order. Mike and Ford kept me informed of my Mustangs progress. About nine weeks later Mike gave me a call telling me my Mustang is in the dealership lot being offloaded now. He agreed to have it detailed and ready the next day. I was smiles all over. My car was prepared and waiting for me when I arrived. 2 hours later my salesperson Michael Batchelder was seeing me off. Sincerely best dealer experience ever. More
