On behalf of Sunset RV, let me first express our professional apologies for not meeting your expectations. Our RV Service facility is in high demand and the wait is certainly longer than any of us would like. That being said, it is no longer than industry standards…and it certainly did not take 3 weeks before we even looked at your RV. Space is at a premium at Sunset RV’s service facility. The notion of anything just sitting outside for 3 weeks, not moving, taking up space, is absurd. However, there is no way I could research your service history with the information given here. Being that we do not have anyone named “NITTO19X8” in our data base. Furthermore, since there was not information given about your RV, (Year, Make , Model…even the type of RV), there is absolutely no way I can research this complaint. I can tell you this, an RV service facility is a profit center for whatever company owns it. Time is money in the service industry. Service is billed by the time the service tech has invested, by the hour. Therefore, there is no reason for anyone to ever sit on an RV for 3 weeks. Would you wait 3 weeks to make money on something that is just sitting outside (according to you)? Again, this is unlikely. As for your other comments… These are simply not constructive and are consistent with what we call (in the industry) “A Rouge Post”….a fictional post usually posted by a competitor or someone just looking to damage a company’s image. It is frustrating for every business that receives a negative online comment because there are no checks and balances in place from companies like YELP, Google, Facebook, Dealer Rater, etc….to be able to legitimize the comments. They are simply posted….and we are left to respond. You see, when there is no customer name, type of vehicle/RV, date of service, or any particular names of the people you encountered here, there is no way to verify or even research the experience. Without the basic information, we cannot solve your issues, as much as we may want to. Now, I personally believe this is not a “rouge post” and that you are one of our customers who is disappointed in our service….even though I believe your comments are greatly exaggerated and are intended to do little more than hurt our business and are not intended to solve any of the issues you have with us. Rather just a forum to vent. Again, you have given us nothing to work with to solve your issues. Please feel free to contact me directly at 206-715-3990 and I will personally do all I can to satisfy you and your concerns. But I am going to need some particulars and realistic expectations. We at Sunset RV try very hard to satisfy very customer and we have a very high batting average. That being said, sometimes we fall short of expectations. It sounds as if this is the case with you.
