Follow-up when I bought the car it had the “tire pressure” light on the guy said he was going to fix it, when I picked the car up it still had the light on. He when I bought the car it had the “tire pressure” light on the guy said he was going to fix it, when I picked the car up it still had the light on. He “assured” me it was just the light on and everything has been checked and it just needed re-set so I thought not a problem and went on my way. Well about less than 7 days, the tire pressure sensor went out and you could hear it in the tire loose. I had to pay 80$ to fix it. When I called to see if it was something you guys could do for no cost the guy was very vague. Didn’t care. This was my very first car purchase so that was a bummer. I think you guys should have fixed it from the first day so this wouldn’t have happened, let alone fix it the less than a week later for no fee. Also I drove over a hour away I was once again “assured” it would be ‘filled up’ when I came back the next day to pick it up. It wasn’t on full. So considering driving that far 2x for the car I think it should have been on full. More

Found the vehicle we wanted!! But Found the vehicle we wanted on carguru.com and it was at Roush. We drove 150 miles and paid cash that day for it. I had to buy one near my home for $300 rather than finding the time to be able to drive back to Columbus. Several weeks later I am cleaning out the inside and found that the vehicle has no jack! Who sells a vehicle with no jack? Thank God I didn't have a flat tire when driving the vehicle home by myself! Sure won't purchase another vehicle from Roush ever! More
