Lease vs. Own - Escape I knew that I wanted an Escape Titanium - but I wanted to keep within my budget and was not sure whether I should re-lease a vehicle or purchase. Usually leasing will give you the best monthly payment - but I hate going back to dealerships and going through the process over and over again. I didn't think that I would say this - but at Flammer Ford - the experience was a good one. They not only got me the monthly payment I wanted but - but it was a purchase! I was amazed when the General Manager came back with the number I was happy with! My sales rep Wayne was very professional and informed me along each and every step of the process. My wife and I got there at 10a and were there until about 3p. What sets this dealer above the others is their "personal" touch. It was a long day and to make our experience - they sent us over to Kallie K's for lunch. Way to go Flammer! More

They were all accommodating to my schedule and also worked swiftly to find the car I was specific about wanting. I traded in my 2012 Ford Flex to make this purchase, which I also worked with Art to purchase. Plus, I referred my Mom when she purchased her last car. They had to find the car we wanted and did so the first day. The numbers on the trade and purchase were better then we had hoped for....our Salesman Steve Duffy was knowledgeable and professional. The sales manager, Mr. Silverstone, was involved an there was no pressure, just a desire to meet our needs. The Finance office git us a great rate and the paperwork went flawlessly. One of the big reasons we purchased from Flammer Ford was the outstanding service department. We had experienced great service from them before and Robert Dull is so nice. Just can't say enough good about the dealership.....thanks everyone...we love our new EDGE More

I rather go to a Dentist and get a tooth pulled then go and see a car sales person. I m 67 years old and never in my life time been to a dealership that give you such professional experience in my life. Chris Newton in the service area was very nice and friendly. I was referred to Bob Triola the GM of Flammer Ford from a good friend of mine and Bill Schwiebert who was my salesman. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with.
